The Collégiale Notre-Dame de Semur-en-Auxois (13th - 15th century) brings the visitor back to the time of Gothic architecture. We never stop admiring its architecture both on the interior and the exterior.

Perched on the heights amid its surroundings, it attracts the tourists' eyes as it dominates the entire region. It can't be missed.

For us, the Beaules of America, it is still more...it's like an "ancestral monument"...

The baptismal font at the Collégiale Notre-Dame.

The Association of the descendants of LAZARE BOLLEY INC. will forever be present in the Collégiale Notre-Dame de Semur-en-Auxois. The commemorative plaque installed during our 1994 trip reads:

IN RECOGNITION TO THIS PARISH for having baptized our ancestor LAZARE BOLLEY on January 13, 1734.
